NO. 5420 AS At•1:S,1DED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT O: DAI",,M BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK101SAS:
SECTION 1. That the East 110 feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block 28, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 220 East 7th Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "E" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "G" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5/,,20 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said East 110 feet of Lots 7 and 3. Block 28, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
