AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY
AT 2010 NORTH NEWTON STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5120 As AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION lo That the ywd space requirements as estnbllifted
by Ordinance No. 5420 as it effects property now zoned "F" Commercial
at 2010 North Newton Street, described as the North 55 feet of Lots
11 and 12, Block 25, Newtonts Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, are hereby waived.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5120 and the Zoning Map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
