AN ORDINANCE RECLAS'IFYING AND WAIVING FRONT YARD SPACE R,anUI1_'E ENrS
SOUTH 132 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK "A ", FLETCHER & CLARKS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS A1, TENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU1dCIL OF THEE CITY OF LIT ^LE ROCK, 4RJKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South 1321 of Lot 19, Block "A ", Fletcher 'c Clarks
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1600 East 3rd Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two — Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance 110. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements
is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Pap thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the South 132' of Lot 19, Block "A ", T'letcher & Clarks
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"F" Commercial - ?istrict and with front yard space renuirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That t1?is ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
