BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLS ROCK, A- TANS13:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space require-
ments and the requirement that only one building may be erected on one lot
as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 4300 West
Eleventh Street, described as Lot Six, Block Eleven, Jansen's Addition
to the City of Little 1�ock, Arkansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its ?passage.
