AN ORDINANCE R7,CLASSIFYING SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT TEN, BLOCK 252, ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AIIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South 451 of Lot 10, Block 252, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 410 -412 Izard Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning
t, Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said South 451 of Lot 10, Block 252, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
