AN ORDINANCE REOLASSIFYING LOTS 100 11, 12 AND PART OF LOT 9 AS
DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 BELOW, BLOCK 133, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; WAIVING CERTAIN YARD SPACE REGUIREWNTS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 10, 11, 12, and part of Lot 9 as
follows:
"Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 9, thence 20t South
along the East line of Lot 9; thence 92 2/3+ West par -
allel with the North line of Lot 9; thence 101 South
parallel with East line of Lot 9; thence 47 1131 West
parallel with North line of Lot 9; thence 30+ North
along West line of Lot 9; thence East 140, along North
line of Lot 9 to point of beginning"
• Block 1339 Oriainal X ity of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 300 -312
G ulmsStreet, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment Dis-
trict under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and
front yard space requirements are hereby waived to permit construc-
tion to within 13 feet of the front property line, and side yard
space requirements are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to con.
form to the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
