AN ORDINANCE RECLA3SIFYI1B LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 8, EBENDALE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A:R3 ATLAS, AMENDING ORDZ'ANCE NO. 5420.AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 17 and 18, Block 8, Ebendale Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Ar'ransas, being 3106 Arch Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots 17 and 18, Block 8, Ebendale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two — Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
