AN ORDINANCE RJECLASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK 1, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS MENDED:
AND FOR OTHjI, PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, .ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Flock 1, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 506 North Oak Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,,20 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezonin¢ of the said Lot 7, Block 1, Pulaski Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Prkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family 'istrict.
SECTION 3. That ti�is ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
