AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOPS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 6, H. F. BUHLERIS NINTH
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11 and 12, Block 6, H. F. Buhler's Ninth
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4501 -3 West 12th Street
and 4505 -07 West 12th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots 11 and 12, Block 6, H. F. Buhler's
Ninth Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
