AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT YARD SPACE REQTJIR3C1NTS
LOT NINE, BLOCK SIXTY-THREE, PiTLASKI HERIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY CF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, A14ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMPEMDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lot 9, Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4622 "I" Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "A" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 9, Block 63, Pulaski Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C" Two -
Family District and with front yard space requirements waived as provided
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
