ORDINANCE N0. 8319
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A ONE ANIVONE -HALF TON TRUCK FOR USE BY THE
ELECTRIC DEPARNENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase a one and
one-half ton truck with an equipped line construction body for
use by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock, the
cost of same not to exceed the sum of $3,750.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
