HomeMy WebLinkAbout8319ORDINANCE NO. 8319 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7373 BY CHANGING THE ROUTES OF CERTAIN TROLLEY AND BUS LINES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Capital Transportation Company is hereby authorized to change its routing and the operation of its busses and /or trackless trolleys so as to have the exclusive right to operate busses and /or trackless.trolleys over the following streets and routes: A. The line known as South Highland Line, as follows: Beginning at Capitol Avenue and Main Street, West on West Capitol Avenue to Victory StreetSOuth on Victory Street to Eighth Street West on West Eighth Street to Wolfe Street, South on Wolfe Street to Eleventh Street, West on West Eleventh Street to Park Avenue, South on Park Avenue to Thirteenth Street, West on West Thirteenth Street to Woodrow Street,South on Woodrow Street to Twentieth Street, West on West Twentieth Street to Pine Street South on Pine Street to Twenty -fifth Street, West on West twenty -fifth Street to Monroe Street turning around and return East on West Twenty -fifth Street to Cedar Street North on Cedar Street to Twentieth Street, East on West Twentieth Street to Pine Street thence returning over same route as outbound, point of beginning. B. The line known as the Washington Avenue Line, as follows: Beginning at North Plain and Bridge Street, South on Main Street to Second Street, West on West Second Street to Louisiana Street, South on Louisiana Street to West Fifth Street, East on West Fifth Street to Main Streetq North on Main Street to Bridge Street, point of beginning. C. The line known as the Levy Line, as follows: Beginning at North Main and Bridge Street, South on Blain Street to Second Street, West on West Second Street to Louisiana Street, South on Louisiana Street to West Fifth Street, East on West Fifth Street to Main Streets North on Main 'Street to Bridge Street, point of beginning. D.
