AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 8316 PASSED MAY 22, 1950, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance Rio. 8316
pertaining to the Collector's Office is hereby amended to read:
COLLECTOR'S OFFICE.
Chief Deputy Collector 290.00
Field Deputy Collectors, 3 years of service or more 1247-00
Weights & Measures Inspector and Field Deputy
Collector, 3 years of service oro more 247.00
License Inspector, 3 years of service or more 1247-00
SECTION 2. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8316
pertaining to the Milk and Dairy Department is hereby amended to
read as follows:
MILIK AND DAIRY.
Inspectors and Senior Inspector are hereby raised $15.00
per moth.
Technician $105.00
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
heretith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordin-
ance are put into effect immediately the peace, health and safety
of the citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
