AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 8316
PASSED MAY 22, 1950 PERTAINING TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OME CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8316
pertaining to the Health Department is hereby amended by deleting
the following: "Secretary to Health Officer (City's portion, $115.00."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herevi-th! are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordinance
are put into effect immediately the peace, health and safety of the
citizens of Little Rock will be adversely affected; therefore, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
