ORDINANCE NO. 8325
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING LANE DRUG COMPANY A FRANCHISE
TO BUILD A CONCRETE RAT -PROOF TRASH AND GARBAGE CON-
TAINER ALONG THE REAR SIDE OF ITS BUILDING LOCATED
AT 5th AND MATY STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BEORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKA SAS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted the Lane Drug
Company and /or their agents to construct a concrete rat -proof
garbage and trash container in the alley in rear of their
building: located at 5th and Main Streets, as set out below.
SECTION 2. This container will be constructed of con-
Crete 31 feet wide and 18 feet long, and will be set flush
with the east side of said building. The now existing wood
container which constitutes a fire and health hazard will be
completely demolished and removed.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
