BELOW, AMENDING ORDINAFICE NO. 5420 AS AIMENDED, .P11D FOR O'T'HER PURPOSES.
BE IT CRDAI.MD B'' THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of the Svkl of the SE.' of Section 8, T -1 -N,
R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as:
"Beginning at a point which is 301 north and
168.21 west of the Southwest corner of the
3 S3- Sec. 8, T -1 -N2 R- 12-4.1; thence north
2011 parallel with the west side of Prown St.
to a point; thence west and parallel with
Roosevelt Road 150 feet to a point; thence
`- South and parallel to Frown Street, 201 feet
to a point on the North right of way line of
Roosevelt Road; thence Last along, the North
right of way line of Roosevelt goad, 150 feet
to the point of beginning,tt
being 3320 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "Bit
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in t1F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
"classification and rezoning of the property described in Section 1, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said propert�r to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the 'tF't Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
