AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TI-10 (2), PLATEAU
ADDITION TO TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, ATTENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS kIEND "D, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, LMMAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 3, Block 2, plateau Addition to the City cf
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 108 South Oak Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5/x.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family,District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That 0 „dinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 3, Block 2, Plateau
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C” Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
