BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIi' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ATIU:Ai.SAS:
SECTION 1. That the S 113 of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 402,
Duvals Addition to the City-of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1907 Rock
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoninn Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the spore is hereby declared to be "C" Two - Family District under
the terms of said Zoninff Ordinance, nnc� a waiver of front yard space
requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the S 113 of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 402,
Duvals Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said prone-ty to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "C" Two Family District and with front yard space require-
ments waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
