AN ORDINANCE VAIVING THE YARD SPACE AND LOT AREA RE-
QUIREIVIENTS FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST
75 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 253 OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AMEYDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the yard space and lot area requirements
of Ordinance No. 5420 as required for the East 75 Feet of Lot
9, Block 253 of the Original City of Little Rock be and the
same are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map which
is attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended
so as to permit the waiver of yard space and lot area require-
ments for the property described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this.ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
