BE IT O11DATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AT'P:Ai'SAS:
SECTION 1. That property described as follows:
"North 309' of the South 938.16, of that part
of ,lest Half of the Northwest Quarter, Section 9,
Township 1, North, Range 12 West, lying west of
right -of -way of Tiain Line of Missouri Pacific
Railroad and East of Last line of Woodrow Street,
pulaski County, Ar? -ansas, except a tract of land
beinM 150 feet North and South fronting on
Woodrow Street by 300 feet east and west in the
Northwest corne- thereof ",
being the Northeast corner of the intersection at 18th &Woodrow Streets,
heretofore classified and zoned as "J" Light Industrial District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in 11K11 Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the property described in Section 1, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
