AN ORDDiTANCE RECLAS IFYING LOTS 1, 2, 31 4, 51 6, 7, 22, 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, M-D 28, AND WAIVING SIDE YARD SPACE R QUIR34ENTS ON LOTS
22 AND 7, BLOCK ONE, REWELLIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKLMAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR O ER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAII ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C I"_'Y OF TITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2, 3, 41 5, 6, 71 22, 232 24, 25,
26, 27, and 28, Block 1, Remmell's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being the Northwest intersection of Wilson and 32nd Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/,,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of side yard space
req..iirements is hereby ,granted on Lots 22 and 7.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance Tao. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and Made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its nassage.
