ARKANSAS, ATENDING OTIDINA CE NO. 5420 AS faUMDED, AND FOR OTtiER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAIIIED B'+: TT?E CITY COUNCIL OF TFTE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 7 and 8, Block 304, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 522 Cross Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space require-.^.ents is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance do. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are herelmy amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 7 and 8. Block 304, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial District
and with front yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1
hereof.
SECTIO`1 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
