X-C,11DING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, A11D FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT OR.DAIi ,MD BY TI ?E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,and 16, Block 29, A. C.
Read' s Sub of Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1601, 1603, 16059 1607, 1609, 1617, and 1623 McAlmont Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of side yard space requirements
is hereby ranted on Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lots 11, 1_21 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 29,
A. C. lead's Sub of Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "D" Apartment District and with side yard space
requirements waived on Lots 11, 12, 13, 1 / +, and 15, as provided in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
