AN ORDINANCE LOT TWO, RLOCK TWELVE, PLATEAU ADDITION
TO THE CTI'Y OF LITTLE ROCK, A.TLV' _11 P AT,DING OR.DI'IANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LL TL:, 'ROCK, ARKAITSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 12, Plateau Addition to the
City of Little Bock, Arkansas, being 404 South Cedar Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and t Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to per-
mit the reclassification and rezonin- of the said Lot 2, Block 12,
Plateau Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classi-
fied as bein7 in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
