AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 54201 AS AIENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the requiremert
that only one building may be erected on one lot as established by
Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 925 Jefferson Street,
described as the East 401 of Lots 5 and 6, Flock 14, Cunningham's
Addition to the City of Little ?'ock, Arkansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 51,20 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
