5420 AS AMEI1DED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIITM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AITCANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the front and rear
yard space requirements and the requirement that only one building may
be erected on one lot as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects
property at 1424 Welch Street, described as Lot 6, Block 23, Masonic
Addition to the City of Little Rock, A- •kansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
