ORDINANCE NO. 8315
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 11, FAUST'S ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Loty 1 and 2, Block 11, Faust's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the Southeast corner of
7th & Wolfe Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District-under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereb:;r amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots 1 and 2. Block 11, Faust's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
