NO. 5420 AS ATIEIJD 1-D, AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI ,M BY TI-M CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That property described as follows:
"?beginning at a point 2301 N 20 E and 330f S
880 E from the southwest corner of said SW-41
Std SE-41, Section 8, which point is in an old
fence line and 2001 North of the North right -
of -way line of Roosevelt Road. From the point
of beginning, run S 880 E 1501 parallel to
the north line of Roosevelt Road to a point;
thence N 70 301 W 414.4' to a point on the
South right -of -way line of Benton Road or
Asher Ave.; thence S 610 14 along the south
line of Asher Ave. 94' to a point in an old
fence line; thence S 20 T•J 363.5' to the point
of beginning, containing 1.03 acres more or less,"
being 3500 ,^sher Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5120 and the ZoninrP MAD thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to rB rmit the
reclassification and rezoning of the property described in Section 1
above, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "H" Business ristrict.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
