AS AIMDED, AND FOR OTHrR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINET By THE CIT" COUTTCIL OF 77T], CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A:tuANS AS;
SECTION 1. That Lot 15, Block 8, Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 203 Barton Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zonin Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance T ?o. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to periit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 15, "lock 8, Capitol View
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar' -ansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" "wo- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
