AN ORDINANCE 1ECUSSIFYING LOT SIX, BLOCK ONE, SUNSET ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR`r:ANSAS, AMENDING ORDI °ANCE 110. 5420 AS
AI ENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 6, Block 1, Sunset Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2924 Wolfe Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence'District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the
terns of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to per-
mit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 6, Block 1,
Sunset Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
