RESOLUTION NO. 13,612
3 A RESOLUTION TO SET DECEMBER 18, 2012, AS THE DATE FOR A
4 PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF A DECISION NOT TO
5 CHANGE THE MASTER STREET PLAN FOR RAHLING ROAD; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission denied a request to amend the Master Street Plan
9 to remove a connection between Rahling Road and Wellington Plantation Drive, and this matter and two
10 others concerning zoning in the area are to be before the Board of Directors for action on December 18,
11 2012;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. An appeal of the Planning Commission's act to deny a request to amend the Master Street
15 Plan to remove a connection between Rahling Road and Wellington Plantation Drive will be heard on
16 Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda by
17 the Little Rock Board of Directors in the Board Meeting Room at 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock,
18 Arkansas.
19 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
20 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 3. Repealer. All laws and parts of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution
25 are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
