AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED
BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND
WITHIN STREET_ DblP OVFJIENT. DISTRICT N0. ,582 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS.

SECTION 1. That the said several blocks, lots and P arcels
