two- thirds in assessedt value.: of the property located
within the territory hereinafter described have filed
a petition praying that an improvement district be estab-
lished for the purpose hereinafter set out;and

Council of the City of Little Roek,Arkansas,has heard
all parties desiring to be heard,and has ascertained
that said petition was signed by more than two - thirds
in assessed value of the owners of real property within
said territory;

city of Little Rock,Arkansas;
SECTION I. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following described property:
Lots One (I),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),
and Six (6),Block Eight (8),Jansen's Addition to the Citar
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lots Seven (7),Eight (8),Nine (9),Ten (IO),116TSn.
(II),and Twelve (I2),Blook One (I),Janasn's Addition to
the City of Little Roek,Arkaneas.
Lots one (1),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),
and Six (6),Block Seven (7),'dansen's Addition: to the City
of Little Roak,Arkaneas,
Lots Seven (7),Eight (8),Hine (9),Ten (IO),Eleven,
and Twelve (I2),Block Two (2),Jensents Addition to the City
of Little Rock,Arkansas .
Lots One (I),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5),
and Six (6) , Block Six (6) , Jansen's Addition to the City of

Lots One(I),Two (2),Three (3 ),Ten (IO),Eleven (II) and
Twelve (I2),Heokler's Sub- Division of Block Three (3),
Jansen's Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,
for the purpose of grading ,draining,curbing,guttering,
and paving,in such manner and with such materials as the
Commissioners to be elected for said improvement district
shall deem to, be for the beet interest of said district,

the following parts of the following streets in the city
of Little Rock,Arkansas,to -wit:
Lewis Street from the South side of Eighth Street,
South to the North Boundary line of Eleventh Street, to
where the pavement on said Eleventh Street intersects
Lewis Street,in said city of Little Roek,Arkaneae,a
that the cost thereof be assessed and charged upon the
real property above and herein described.
Said district shall be knovm as Street Improvement
Dis trio t No . 58 ; and Ches ter pawl, Henry C XeQuis ton
and B.V.Moore are hereby named Commissioners,who shall
compose the Board of Commissioners for said District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and of ter its passage.
