AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8246 PASSED MARCH
13, 1950, PROVIDING FOR TWO POSITIONS OF TRUCK DRIVER
AND ONE POSITION OF' LABORER FOR THE PARKS AND MAINTEN-
ANCE CREW OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAWSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section-1 of Ordinance No. 8426 is
Ii hereby amended to read as follows:
There are hereby created two positions of truck driver_
and one position of laborer f or the Parks Maintenance Crew
of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Little
Rock, and the salary to be paid for each position shall be
in accordance with the prevailing wage scale for similar pos-
itions within the Dity.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
