RESOLUTION NO. 13,611
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO COSSE'
CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR THE HINSON ROAD AT CARMEL BOX
CULVERT PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for a box culvert project in Bid No. 2012 -288 and Cosse' Construc-
tion, Inc., was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Cosse'
Construction, Inc., in an amount not to exceed Ninety -Four Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty -Five and
051100 Dollars ($94,485.05) for the Hinson Road at Carmel Box Culvert Project.
Section 2. Funding for this project is available from the 2012 % -Cent Capital Sales Tax Project
Funds.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
