Alt ORDINANCE CREATING CERTAIN POSITlIONS WITHIN THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTI,7ENT TO OPERATE THE GILL114 PARK SWC IJG POOL,
FIXING THE SALARIES THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNICIL OF THE CI`T'Y OF LIT`T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIOI•i 1. The following positions are hereby created in the Parks
and Recreation Department of the City of Little Rock to operate the
Gillam Park Swi::rsing Pool, and the salary to be paid each position shall
be as stated hereafter:
1 Assistant Manager el 00.00 per month
1 Filter Room. Technician "

SECTIM 2. Th6'persons chosen to fill the positions created in
Section 1 hereof shall be selected bj the Civil Service Commission
in the manner prescribed by law, and shall perform such duties as the
Superintendent of Parks and Recreation may direct.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
