ORDINANCE N0. 8363
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $144.45 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE
PAID TO DR. W. L. SADLER FOR TREATMENT RENDERED TO
GRADY MARKS, AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE -IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little, , Rock the sum of $144.45 to be paid
to Dr. W. L. Sadler. This amount is in payment of the medical
bill of Grady Marks, an employee of the Museum of Fine Arts
who was injured in the explosion of a furnace on or about the
28th day of October, 1949, while in the course of his employ-

ment with the City.
SECTION 2. This sum of money constitutes full and complete
settlement of any and all claims for damages or personal injuries
arising out of said accident.
SECTION 3. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary
in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
