AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED
FOR CHANGE IN THE OPERATION OF THE GILLAM PARK SWIMMING
POOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is herby appropriated from the-Gener-
al fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($150.00) to be, used as a change fund; in the
operation of the Gillam Park Swimming Pool.
SECTION 2. The pr )operr city officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute such instruments as may be
necessary in order to carry, out the provisions of this or-
dinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
