HomeMy WebLinkAbout8365i ORDINANCE NO. 8365 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY Oh" STEELE MEIVIORIAL BAPTIST CHURCH OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR A PUBLIC STREET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the Dedication Deed executed by Clabe Forster, Ed Blackburn, J. S. Bailey and Pearl Patten, Trustees of the Steele Memorial Baptist Church of Little Rock, Arkansas in which the land described as: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of the SE' SE, Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, and the North line of East 9th Street, which point is the Northwest corner of the intersection of East 9th Street and Thomass Street; thence West along the north line of East 9th Street 121 feet to the point of beginning; thence'North parallel to the West line of Thomas Street, 160 feet; thence West 50 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of Thomas Street 160 feet to the North line of East 9th Street, 50 feet to the point of beginning. is dedicated to the public for use as a public street, and the same is hereby accepted and made a part of the public street system of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and shall bear the name of "Kinsworthy Street." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
