AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE BIDS, ADVET:TISE, AND LET A CON-
TRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVES AND PARKING AREAS
AT GILLAIM PARK IN ACCORDANCE 'r._ITH THE PLANS AND SPECI-
FIC.TIONS PREPARED BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: •
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Aff firs is lereby author-

ized and directed to advertise, take bids-for., 4bd let a con-
tract for the construction of drives, and parking' areas at
Gillam Park, in accordance with the plans and sg'cifications
prepared by the City engineer.

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of orAI nces in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
