ORDINANCE NO. 8367
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD Ci'
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR USE AT THE SWIMMING POOL AT
GILLAM PARK; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT THEREFOR FROM
THE GENERAL FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:

25 Park Benches.
SECTION 2. The money to pay for the above items shall
be paid out of the General Fund of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
