SECTION 1. TheBoard of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and sell one (1) one
and one -half ton truck (Ford), 1937 model, and one (1) one -half
ton Chevrolet truck, 1937 r:•odel; these trucks are obselete and
are of no further use to the Typhus Control Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict her-with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
