' ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO
BUILDINGS ON LOT FIFTEEN, BLOCK EIGHT, CAPITOL VIEW ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; WAIVING FRONT, REAR AND SIDE
SPACE.AND AREA REQUIREMENTS, AMENDING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
authorizes the construction and maintenance of two buildings on
the following lands in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Lot Fifteen (15), Block Eight (8), Capitol View
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The front, rear and side space and area require -
ments of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended are hereby waived to permit
the construction and maintenance of the buildings authorized under
Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3, The City Engineer is hereby requested and direc-
ted, upon receipt of the appropriate fees, to issue any permits
that may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
