AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 0141.64
FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO BE PAID TO JAMES C. ELLER TO COVER THE
COSTS OF REPAIRING HIS AUTOMOBILE DAMAGED BY
A CITY GARBAGE TRUCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE
ROCKp ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of
$141.64 to be paid to James C. Eller to cover the costs
of repairing his automobile which was damaged by a City
garbage truck.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The warrant shall be delivered to the
City Attorney with instructions to obtain a complete
release from the payee.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
itspassage and approval.
