FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIvI\T 1. There is hereby appropriated f'ron the Street and
Autor_obile Fund the sum of w;2,050.14 to be paid to the State of
Arkansas Highway Coilinission. This amount is in full payment of
the Cityls share of the cost of additional rock and black topping
of the extension on the East Roosevelt Road overpass.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instrumentsras may be necessary in
order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in'con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its pasLage and approval.
