SECTION 1. That the East ! of Lot 1, 11.11 of Lot 2, Block 2,
Nettie F. ".iffel Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arl- ansas, being
2500 -04 Howard Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance ITO. 54202 is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the sane is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zon -.n7 Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby _;ranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance ITO. 5420 and th.e Zoning; I ~Tap thereto
attached and made a hart thereof, are hereb;T amended to pe °nit the re-
i classification and rezoning of the East t of Lot 1, All of hot 2,
Block 2, Nettie F. 'iffel Addition to the City of Littleoclt, Ar'cansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter knovM
and classified as being in "Pt Commercial District and irlth yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall ta:t�e effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
