SECTION 1. That Lot 9 and the li-.'T of Lot `5, Block 1, Kimball's
South Park Addition to the City of Little Bock, Arkansas, being
2512 arch Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance 'To. 51,20, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the sane is he- -eby declared to be in "C"
Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance ido. 5/,,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby; amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoninP of the said Lot 9 and N- of Lot 8, Block 1,
Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as__being in the "C" Two— Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
