HomeMy WebLinkAbout8388ORMNANCE No. 8388 AN ORDINANCE RECLASCIFYIIIG AND WAIVING FROP1T AND SIDE YARD SPACE REUIR0L.T1T5 ON LOTS 5,6, AND 7, BLOCK 7, DICKINSON MILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AITENDING ORDINJUTCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AMID FOR OTIiER PURPOSES: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 7, Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3201 Elm Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and side yard space requirements is hereby granted. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re- classification and rezoning of Lots 5, 6, and 7.. Block 7, Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as o-itlined in 1 _.. Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in t'F" Commercial District and with front and side yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
