BE IT ORDAII;ED BY TILL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL1E ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Part of the Sf`q of the SF , Section S, Township 1
North, Range 12 :lest, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
"Der inning at a point which is 30' North and 141
Nest of the Southwest corner of the SEA ST-�'
Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 12 .lest;
thence North 2011 along the I -lest side of Brown
Street to a point; thence :lest and parallel to
Roosevelt Road 153.2' to a point; thence South
and parallel to Brown Street 2011 to a point on
the Horth right of way line of Roosevelt Woad;
thence East along the North right of way line of
Roosevelt 'oad 153.2' to the point of beginning ",
being 3300 `'oosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
.esidence Pistrict under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F'i Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the property described in Section 1
abotre, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
