SECTION 1. That Lot 11, Block 6, Jones "z Worthen Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Ar'_ansas, being 3006 West 12th Street, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance TTo. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning- Trap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 11, Block 6, Jones & ?dorthen
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter knovm and classified as being in
the "C" Two — Family District.
SECTION 3. !'hat this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
